Are you referring to Honest's second effect PkMn ?
Also, I'm sure Heralds aren't affected> Due to the fact that they activate in the ahnd and resolve in the graveyard. Meaning they neither activate on the field or in the graveyard.

Okay.
You guys know ho Necro gardna activates in the graveyard and it removes itself as a cost? it doesn't resolve out of play, it resolves in the graveyard. Which is why it can be negated my Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror.
Well, Herald is the same. you discard it as a cost, but it resolves in your hand. Meaning it can't be negated by Light-Imprisning Mirror
