That's unrelated to Monk and CoSR.  If the opponent has D.D. Crow, he would use it regardless of how or when I have SD/AM.

Brain [It could happen, but if you get rid of Cold Wave.  It won't.]
DAD [This card isn't going anywhere.  Konami still wants to make money of this card.  The 2010 tin says hi.]
Oppression [Probably not going to happen.]
