Dimensional Alchemist is pretty weak-ass.  He's only good if you're using Cyber Valley, but then even that is just OK.

To me, this build doesn't seem like it can do much, not with those choices.  Actually, Black Salvo Decks (at least how it is now) were never very good in my eyes.

I hate to prove you wrong because you have always been so helpful.  But Dimensional Alchemist isn't weak-ass at all and he's not only good if you are using Cyber Valley.  Dimensional Alchemist is a cog in the deck because you are running Battle Fader in this deck as well.  In fact Cyber Valley is weak-ass because of the staple spells that everyone uses nowadays.  I'm talking about Book of Moon and Mind Control.

Cyber Valley isn't the draw engine of the deck anymore.  The draw engine of this deck is now Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive.

But now back onto Dimensional Alchemist.  D-Alchemist works great in this deck because you bring stuff back that was Bottomlessed, you can bring back Plaguespreader to synchro with again, you can bring back stuff that you used with Allure of Darkness, you can bring that stuff that you removed play with either Chaos Sorcerer or Dark Armed Dragon, or you can bring stuff back that was Dimensional Prisoned.  There are so many cards that you can bring back, but like I said earlier it's best option ISN'T Cyber Valley anymore, it's best option is NOW Battle Fader.

About time some recognizes the true power of this deck.    It's so freaking amazing.

Trainer just doesn't understand the true power of Dimensional Alchemist in this deck.  He think that it is only GREAT with Cyber Valley.  Boy, is he wrong.

From what I've seen, Alchemist hasn't been especially helpful for my friend who runs a good Dark Armed Synchro Deck (not Salvo, but Alchemists' uses remain the same).  I don't like the lack of meat in SalvoDAD either.  Nothin' really sticks.  Gotta rely on those defensive S/T's.

Unless most of your opponents are running 2 or 3 Dimensional Prisons, I recommend removing 1 Dimensional Alchemist.  Losing a decent monster to just BTH is rather low.  If it's a Synchro, you should have another copy in your Extra Deck.  You still need to have the necessary Material to get the Synchro back on the field whether it is taken back by Alchemist.  With only 2 Alchemists, you have a lower chance of drawing it without Fader.  That's its main purpose anyway.  Of course you can get PSZ back with Alchemist, but without Tomato to search PSZ out, you're fine with just 2.

Chaos Sorcerer has to stay at 2.  You never draw it when it's at one.  Plus the deck doesn't work with Chaos Sorcerer at one.  This is a Chaos deck after all.

Eh, my friend somehow gets 'em at the right time. e_e'''  2 DA's are still better in my experience.  Could keep both Sorcerers and just cut 1 DA.

Yeah, 4 Lights for 2 Chaos Sorcerer.  I don't think so.  D-Alch is amazing in this deck and it has to stay at 3.  If you seen all the other Salvo-DAD decks out there, they also run 3.

If only to keep up the LIGHT count, I would rather have one Raiou.  Forcing enemy resources to be expended is better than having an early DA that does nu'in.

Thunder King Rai-Oh is in the side deck where it needs to stay.  I tried the deck with 2 Dimensional Alchemist and one Thunder King Rai-Oh in it and it sucked bad.
