Reality is relative. People create reality around them with thier collective consciousness.
In simpler terms, people see the truth they want to see. Or Believe what they want to Believe.
What you believe as truth = Reality. Hince the relativity of reality to the mind of the individual.
The brain is in control of every function of the mind. Thought, memory, consciousness and subconsciousness. So the brain is the architect of the perceived reality.
So you are depressed because you see it so.
Control of self and emotion leads to realisation of truth and control of one's own mind.
By they way Trainer I was playing about the bipolar thing but I knew he was depressed.
