Hmmm....I think Nintendo/Game Freak's idea to make this a DS game can be explained using game theory. I'll have to check in on this.

The 3DS Is currently bombing right now and a 3D pokemon game would have most certainly prevented that.
But there is the fall and holiday releases still to come, maybe the 3DS will finally make its mark then.
I am still super stoked about the WiiU tho. HD Zelda, HD Mario, HD Smash Bros, plus ports of Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare 3 and I even think Future Soilder. The graphics of the WiiU are supposed to surpass the PS3.
So hopefully they make a HD Pokemon Stadium or wishfully a HD Pokemon MMO.

and it surpasses what is out now too. So it is good.
And it is the only console Nintendo will have so if you wanna play Nintendo games then you get it and plus I'm sure alot of its games will be 3D too.
