A Perfect Storm: Shining Egg disaster

Here is a decklist of my regs deck. looks clunky but she moved swiftly through people like a frigging stake knife through pulled pork.



Thoughts? Shining is a vaible monster for dragons to play now thanks to DDA and the overall search functions of dragons. The upcomming Draconnection card will only bloster this fact. Summoning shining and winning with that attack can only be described in the very familiar word of Mortal Kombat: "FATALITY!"

EDIT: Now streamlined for (ideally) more deadiliness.

I trolled a Inzektor player pretty hard with this. it was G 1 and  had drawn Drago, reborn, 2x coth and some protection. about 3 tuns in we had each spent some cards to destroy some cards, so I look at his field and realize drago now hurts him more than me, so I summon it.
He warings.
I Coth it.
He warnngs.
I coth it again.
He judgements in frustration.
so I flip my white stone of legend, bannish it SSing REDMD, using REDMd to SS a DDA bannish that(after trading BEWD in hand for drago) for a second REDMD THEN SS drago with the second REDMD.
He calls me a F-c-u-k-m-u-k-e(can't even spell **** apparantly ) and rage quits.

So this is even better than your last Deck?

Couldn't you cut at least one piece of defense?  And I don't know the Trap after Warning. xD  Red-Eyes as DAD?

I could look into dropping a card or 2, but vigillance (the 2 cards right after warning) is solemn J provided I control a 7 or higher normal monster. Hence REBD and BEWD being decked. REBD cause I can wyvern it/ use it to guard shining's summon and BEWD cause it's a derpy engine fulla ****ing huge beters. Vig is why I won the majority of my games at regs.  Extra solemn's against people hurt like a sob when yur playing vs my fields.

"better" is hard to say. each deck does different things. This one is all about continuous battering of the opponent via solid defensive line coupled with the ever continuous line of giants to troll field.

the other deck relies on restrictive pyralsis(sp?) of the opponents options while using modest sized monsters to wear them down via attrition and keen use of loop-holes in the very restrictive cards used to promote my own advantage within them.

With Champion's Vigilance, you could at least cut 1 CED.  It's important you draw your monsters. :/  Once things pass 41 it's too fat in my opinion.

It really is, I dropped over 200 blue-eyes shinings last format and attacked for game with them all.

I decided to make this deck work cause someone I consider a good friend once called blue-eyes shinind dragon "unsummonable in competitive play". over 130 of those 200 wins with the shining's effect/ attack beign the game ender were in locals play vs canadian regs/nats players. I took down a guy who got 3-7 the last 4 years running in november, infact he lost game 1 to the shining OTK, and then lost G2 to a turn 3 summon backed by stardust prime and REDMD(I was stacked like a muthaf**ker that duel).

He was astounded that I had such a reliable summon rate for shining going.
