Sony's new Smash Bros Rip Off. It doesn't really look too impressive but it is still just a prototype. So maybe it will be good. If this game doesn't surpass Brawl then I'd consider it a fail. Plus the Wii U is around the corner with a Smash Bros launch title planned. So PAS Playstation All-Stars will really have to be amazing inorder to not get swept under the rug as a cheesy knock off.

I think this could turn out well.  But, a majority of these Sony characters are not relevant to me.  It's too early to dismiss the gameplay, but that I do know.  It's OK, you can have fun by yourself Fever.

I liked Brawl. Usually the ideas Sony steals turn out to be better than the original.

Nintendo owns all of its big icons on its consoles.  Sony doesn't.

You know Trainer, every console has first party titles. What's your point?

Well that's based on opinion.  I thought you had a solid factual argument as to why the game wouldn't be good lol.

I never said the game would suck.  I said that it wouldn't be as interesting as Brawl.

Okay well all we can do is wait for more information. Which game you like more will simply come down to do you like Nintendo or Sony more.

OK.   I'm positive there'll be a group of **** fans.  I'm pretty sure most of us like the Nintendo characters more.  C'mon, they're classics!

Now if Sony makes a deal with Square Enix and stuff... Hm.

There's third party characters in this of course. Playing Brawl was fun though because it does have awesome characters. But I have faith in Sony. Playing Brawl in HD with Sony characters should still be fun.

They better have some good 3rd party characters. e .e  There is still hope...

I'm expecting some Assassin's Creed characters at least.

Brawl had A BUNCH of sh!tty characters and maybe a dozen cool characters. That is only like a 3rd of the roster being cool characters.

SO this game will probably be similar.

The characters aren't going to be what breaks or makes this game. It is going to be the game mechanics and play modes.

All depends on what you like. I played SSBB strictly for fun.

Well I played for fun but seriously. Because I used mostly Link and mastered him as a low tier character to compete against the SSB Meta.

I hope in the next one Link isn't low tier again.

I liked to use Samus.

I use Link, Marth, Pokemon Trainer, Lucario and Wolf.

But Link is my main character. Marth might be my best tho.

I hope they include Dart and or Rose from The Legend of Dragoon.

It was one of Sony's 1st games and their very 1st RPG.

The game releases October 23 this year and has added new characters Heihachi and Toro to the roster.

  Toro is a dumb character.

  But Heihachi will probably be my main.

We need Crash Bandicoot and Spiro in there and maybe Gex. Sigfried would be cool.

And the 3rd party characters could be very interesting especially if Ubisoft signs on because they could use Rayman, Ezio, or The Prince of Persia.

Sega is another interesting 3rd party idea. And speeking of 3rd party Heihachi is property of Namco Bandai. Man Namco Bandai have their fingers dipped in all sorts of stuff.

There is Project X Zone coming out which is Capcom vs Namco Bandai vs Sega on the 3DS.

And Namco Bandai has been brought in by Nintendo to help team Sora develop the new Smash Bros game. Because they feel that Smash Bros should keep evolving and not just get a bigger roster.

Wow October is so soon. I hope there is not a dlc fiasco with this game because it seems rushed. But it does look low in graphics and seems to have a fairly simple engine so maybe it just got finished fast. However I cannot wait to purchase and play this game. I am waiting for a roster list leak, there should be one if it is so close to be released. I'm going to go look now.
