Okay lets take a useless attempt of getting back on topic........ so troll and toad is the best place then it seams?

Yeah, I'ld say the $1 shipping on singles is an offer that most sites can't match.  I'm sure if you are looking for sealed boxes and structures there might be places that are equivilant or perhaps better.  But why risk getting crap when you can just cut out luck of the draw and get the cards you want and/or need?

It will be an amazing day when I get the chance to buy singles online. Won't have to trade everything just for my deck needs.

Yup.  I just need to get a better job so I can get some of the higher priced cards like Shark Drake.

Yeah I would buy singles. Rich people buy singles. Poorer people have to buy packs for trades and the cards they need.

Yeah, but with my luck it was cheaper just to buy the singles.  Seriously I'm saving 20 bucks a month.  I still enjoy buying packs though.

Most websites accept Visa.  I don't see why Toad & Troll wouldn't.

buying singles is cheaper Fever. if you spend $15 on a single card it would save you money if you bought 5 packs hoping to get that one but then never pulled it. So you probably have just bought $20 worth of stuff you cannot utilize.

just buying the one card saves you 5 bucks.

I can agree with that, but there have been times when in those 5 packs I've pulled some decent commons, unexpected rares or trade bait.  That is why I've divided my card budget in two equal halves; online single purchases and tin/Structure/booster.

I will add this: just recently I was making a big order between my friends and I and I found out the $1 option does not appear for orders over $100.  I advise ya split up your order, and if you're not just getting card singles, make sure each of your split up orders has $10 worth of card singles.

I haven't had that problem yet.  But my orders are usually between $15 and $25.

Who the f*ck spends half a thousand dollars on a single order of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards?!
500 devided by 3 excluding tax comes to about $160-164 each, and this deal was during the rise of tele-dad just when synchros were getting big. IIRC my buys were some dark horus, demise, Rainbow dark dragon, reoccurring nightmare and such with a few Msic. cards not pertaining to the old Rainbow dark dragon turbo, such as dragon ice, war chariots, counter fairy stuff, van dal'gyons ect... at the time this **** was expensive.

We were beginning not be a far more competitive team in our local area, but we lacked the funds to buy into box after box looking for the stuff we essentially traded our souls for in that order.... that was our teams biggest single season expense, of all the seasons we've played, as a team or separated, and it did indeed pay off for us as we (for once in our teams life) had apparently ascertained the upper hand in the "money game" as well as the game "game". We now had the knowledge, and the decks to push past the amateurs and bull-doze the "pros" in our area unimpeded, for the next 6 months.  We used that 6 months to "trade-off" our debts we had sustained from that buy to ensure our lead over that locals, even if the following ban list did make us lose our "guaranteed" lead over everyone.

This is why despite the decks I play, I know I am a competitive player, as no one else does stuff like that if they're casual players.

Oh dayum, Tele-DAD days.  When Yu-Gi-Oh! cards had insane values.  I still remember crazy sh*t like $250 Dark Armed Dragons... Those Stardust tins were the best things ever.  Still running my Sept. '08 Tele-DAD lol.  A little off topic here now but Tele-DAD's overrated; Chaos Dragons at their peak were the most powerful Decks of all time.  Too strong in all areas.  Allowed some room for mistakes unlike Tele-DAD.

Yup, don't have to play meta to be a good Duelist.  Everyone can learn how the meta Decks work.  Foresight and a good understanding of rulings is what determines it for me.
