Okay, so this is more of an experiment than anything else. I'm trying different things to get monarchs to be different/ yet meta competitive.

This is essentially "simorgh wings" but as monarchs would do it. I am trying this whole flip effect thing as IMO it has merit right now. A great play for this deck is dropping monk into kage, into a slate and making shock master (trap/ spell/ monster, depending on what else you can do), then banishing kage and slate for simorgh. all that took was kage, spell and monk, and if you drop simorgh, then simorgh. If you can back that up with a already set anti-spell, you more or less *ed the opponent on 1 turn. The trick with all of this is drawing. I worry I don't have enough draw/ search, but I am trying to go TGU less, not use allure and avoid duality (each for obvious reasons). It may seem "too busy" but I think this could work.

suggestions?

Damn my cell phone I cannot see this. Fvck.

I love Dark Simorgh and Monarchs. I also built a deck like this and I think it might on this sit but maybe not.

I will definitely comeback and check this out on my laptop as I know you make good decks.

But I don't think you should shy away from Duality and TGU they will work great.

Duality is managable.

The thing is I know that stuff works, I'm looking for stuff people DO NOT know works, so I can re-invent monarchs in some way, or at least create a new variant.
