Just to give a fresh start to the thread, this section, and the format. Let's discuss Dark World in the September 2012 format.

What decks will give us a hard time?
What decks will be an easy match up?
What should we have in the Side Deck?
Is the mirror match a concern this format?
What tier do you consider Dark World now and this format?

IMO this deck is a top tier meta contender in this format.

I do think we should be abusing skill drain, malefics and eradicators as well as trap negation because that will get big later on in the format. 

We have to watch for atlantians, OTK's like the #33 one, and even to an extent Rabbit, zektor and windup still. I'd also not underestimate prophecy and revival versions of tele-dad/ d heros/ plants.

Our biggest enemy is still Duel 2 (and possibly 3).  Simply style means simple counters.

I personally don't give a sh*t about Inzektors; never have.  Wind-Ups can't do sh*t to us with their loop cut.  Laggia is still a d*ck but with only 2 Rabbits... definite cut to consistency.

Atlanteans... they're tough.  With only 1 REDMD Hieratics are a looot less scary.  No more juggernaut armies with a Gustav Max to **** you in next Main Phase.

Tele-DAD isn't going anywhere.  +2 from Malicious was the main reason why it was good.  You kill that consistency and the Deck is done.  Limiting RotA & DAD stripped it of its powers too.

D-Hero Agents is an interesting idea though; Earth compliments Malicious.  I haven't looked into Plants though.

Dark World definitely has a good chance this format. Even better than last format. I need to make a proper side deck because that is the key with Dark World. Game 2 and Game 3 are crucial. Mirror matches don't worry me too much. I know what to do there.

Atlanteans look good. I don't know anything about them but I know they have potential. But I'll worry about them more when the set gets closer to release.

Tele-DAD is actually a viable deck? Lol.

Dino Rabbit is still a concern to me.

Chaos Dragons are too just not as much as before.

Inzektors will be beaten quite easily.

Seems like a lot of variety this format at least until things settle down.

Tele-DAD's viable for casuals lol.

Inzektors were easy for us last format.  Not even gonna bother with them now.  Just concede to us please...

I stick to matches now, scrubs get scrubbed out G2/3 and real players are there to play and not be a douche.

forced match allows me to gain bigger exp and steamroll unsuspecting trolls.

It doesn't matter what their skill level is. I would still side the same stuff in no matter how good they are.

I had that sided in a wind based dragon variant after I started maining 3 DDa and 3 REDMd last format. that would stop your 3 MSt and dust tornado cold. It's not that it's likely they would do the same(though gusto psychics could do that exact side) but it IS infact possible Tye..

It would still help anybody. Every Dark World player should at least Side Deck 3 MST. And they automatically put them in before Game 2.
