Looks like Nintendo is doing it right so far this time around. I predicted their console would be $350. Turns out that's how much it is for their most expensive model.  Anymore more would have been too much. But good job so far Nintendo. Beyonetta 2 was just announced as a Wii U exclusive also.

I'm probably gonna try to get the Wii U on launch day.

Also my 1st 3 games will more than likely be Super Mario Bros, Avengers and 007 Legends.

Later purchases will be Zelda Skyward Sword and Smash Bros.

It only has one good game for it. And some ports of games that people already bought for PS3 and 360 so... yea a bad start.

But, things will look up once the flagships make the scene.

Currently I am still hopeful and see the light peering over the horizon.

Anyway, that in-depth Pokemon RPG needs to happen. Like that would move so many units alone. Pokemon is the main reason Nintendo is still alive.

IThere is a study that shows the current generatio, this lat and up and coming generation of kids have no attraction or want to play mario games.

If you send them to the store alone after what they want they will not pick a mario game. It isn't even visually magnetic.

The only reason Mario games still sell is because of nostalgic parents who buy it for their kids. Otherwise children could care less for Mario.

And I think the only exception was Mariocart. But that is because of the Driving game aspect.

Nintendo Wii U will will definitely be revived by Smash Bros.

Also Star Fox, Zelda, Samus will bring fortune for Nintendo. They really should have had these 3 ready at launch.

Mario Kart and Pokemon would definitely help alot too.

I personally cannot wait for Xenoblade 2.

Anyway, yeah, that makes sense, Arktic.  I always wondered why they still sell so well.  Mario is meh.

STARFOX THOUGH FWAUGHK.  Luh dat shiet.  Fox is one of my favorite video game characters of all time.  After Charizard, MegaMan.EXE, Mega Man X, Zero, Hwoarang, Jin and Kazuya.  Some of the Pokemon protagonists like Red, Ethan and May are at my top, too.  I like Gary in the anime more.

My friend so much time on Xenoblade making stuff lol... Some of the bosses he said were super tough.

Kid Icarus could be a new franchise of sword toting bow and arrow shooting high flying heroism.

XenoBlade or just random RPGs period. Nintendo has had a surge of RPGs lately. Hopefully these keep coming out. WiiU gives a unique advantage to the RPG genre now, so I see more RPG exclusives in the future. I love RPGs, my 2nd favorite genre.

Pikmin is fun if you have never played I suggest a run through.

Donkey Kong could use a 3D adventure game. Just redo the Kong formula to Mario64ish would be cool.

Dragon Quest has been Nintendo exclusive for some time.

WiiU needs an exclusive multiplayer shooter like Sniper but multiplayer.

Okay Arktic. Nintendo won't live off of that. Nintendo has been around so long and they have a new system. They need NEW IP's. Sony is at least mixing it up. Bringing back some classic franchises but also starting new ones on their new system. Microsoft, idk. They have like two exclusives lol. So they have to buy their timed exclusivity deals on multiplatform games. (Tomb Raider, Call of Duty, Skyrim, ect.)

Kid Icarus On WiiU will be totally new. And it is a fresh franchise still. Currently has a 3DS game out.

Luigi's Mansion will be good too.

Monster Hunter and Smash Bros are huge, huge hits.

Idk what new franchise they could come up with tho. Why would they need to create a stand alone title?

Nintendo is fine living off of its existing franchises.  I'd definitely love to see more RPG titles like what the Wii got way late in its run.  Anime art styles are always beauties.
