Kid Icarus On WiiU will be totally new. And it is a fresh franchise still. Currently has a 3DS game out.

Luigi's Mansion will be good too.

Monster Hunter and Smash Bros are huge, huge hits.

Idk what new franchise they could come up with tho. Why would they need to create a stand alone title?

IP is just a dumb term that is annoying when people us it. They say IP because that is what they hear or read when they would never use those words together for anything. It doesn't even make sense. "Oh guys did you hear Sony released that new Intellectual Property yesterday!?" "I'm so excited for their new Intellectual Property!" So really people just say because they think they will sound Hip. So Gay!

And as for the Stand Alone Titles you speak of Fever, like what? I mean if there were so many then give some examples.

Hahaha yeah I totally agree with Arktic on that point, but people say "IP" since it's an abbreviated term that carries the same meaning as "new title(s)."

3. Madden NFL 07 - sports sequel
4. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance - Marvel already existed
5. Genji: Days of the Blade - Sequel
6. Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire - Gundam already existed and this sucked
7. NBA 2K7  - Sports sequel
8. NHL 2K7 - Sports sequel
9. Resistance: Fall of Man - The one and only new IP at launch.
10. Ridge Racer 7 - Racing sequel
11. Tiger Woods PGA EA Tour 07 - sports sequel.
12. Tony Hawk's Project 8 - sport sequel.

PS3 launch line up was poop. I'll even admit that. That's why people made fun of it for the longest time by saying that the PS3 had no games. Only good game was Resistance. PS Vita had a stronger launch line up than PS3. And PS4 will have a better launch line up than both systems.

I'm just saying, Nintendo needs new IP's since they don't even get a lot of other games coming in. I see a lot of devs already not interested in the Wii U because it doesn't sell.

PS4 will have a few new IP's at launch as well as GOOD sequels, which the PS3 didn't really have. This is part of the reason I am interested in the PS4 at launch. If the PS4 had a bad PS3 launch, then I would wait.

I just got 3 WiiU games. I was tired of not having any.

I bought Zombie U the only good launch title they had in my opinion because the other good titles were just ports of games that already had their big sales period when they 1st came out for PS3 and 360.

I bought the new Walking Dead game that just came out. It is a prequel to the TV show. You control Daryl and the storyline is the Dixon family from their very 1st zombie experience and their past and how they survive and what not.

It is very horror survivor, and very difficult. My heart beats fast and I feel anxiety from the suspense. Just like the old original resident evil and silent hill games. Very fun game and I'm a walking dead fan so it is kind of a must have.

The other game I got was Monster Hunter Ultimate that just came out. Probably there very best WiiU game out right now.

Also my lil bro told me the gamestop guys told him the walking dead sucks. And I bet that is because they found it too hard. It isn't an adventure game or a zombie shootem up, it is a survival game.

The game that came with it was Nintendo land, I'm not playing that. It a party game mini game thing.

I played some wii RPGs this whole time on the wiiU but now I have some real WiiU titles. I'd say the 3 best WiiU titles out so far.

The Walking Dead game is good. I have only played it for 3 hours and so far I really like it. Playing in pitch black lol! You die alot but that is because it is a survival genre, they are not suppossed to be easy.
Usually games that are difficult get bad reviews. The people doing the reviews don't even seem to spend a lot of time with the games they review.
