I had fun with this game for awhile. After awhile it gets a little too repetitive. The game hasn't been described yet so I guess I'll do it.
The game is a strictly a multiplayer vs. game. You and 9 other players select a champion before each 5v5 match (for the most basic match). There are basically 5 rolls to play as: Top Lane, APC (Ability Power Carry), ADC (Attack Damage Carry), Support, and Jungle. Each Champion can fill at least 1 of these roles.
Top lane champions are usually good at being very agressive and harrasing.
APC is the equivalent to a spell caster. The more ability power you have the damage your skills do. You will probably die quickly if alone though.
ADC is pure damage. You attack very fast and very hard.
Support either heals or has abilities that allow for easier kills of enemy champions. You basically don't do much alone but in a team fight you are usually the most important.
Jungle is a ganker. They stay hidden from the team and only show up when they are trying to kill someone. Late game they usually become tanks for team fights.
The map is a square. The bottom left corner is blue base and the upper right corner is purple base (those colors may be incorrect but w/e). Three 'lanes' lead out from each base and lead to the other base. Middle lane is the shortest and simply cuts the map in half. Bottom and Top lanes follow the edge of the map and take the longest. In between each lane is the jungle. It consists of windy paths and is filled with monsters that the Jungler can kill instead of the minions that champions in the lane will be going after. Through the fight your base will spawn minions that you do not control. AI controls them to simply follow a lane and attack anything that is an enemy (minions, Champnions, towers, etc. You win when you destroy the enemy base. If your champion dies he/she will resurrected after a cd. Each match your champion starts of at lvl 1 and you attempt to level up to lvl 18. You buy gear as you earn money that even further increases your abilities. Each champion has 4 abilities: Q, W, E, and R. They are different for each champion.
I recommend at least trying this game as it is very fun. You might not play for a very long time but most people enjoy playing the game at least for awhile.
I liked playing as Warwick, Ashe, Garen, Ryze, and Sona most of the time.
