Which would you use this format? One could potentially prevent swarm while the other could let you stock up your hand. Effect Veiler is bad against Dark World while Maxx "C" is a better choice. Thoughts?

If your deck has out's to a swarm and your worried about getting to them in time, maxx C is your choice. if your deck is fast and can usually handle issues before they become problems, but needs that extra splash of on demand defense, veiler is your optimal option.

In Dark World, I would only side Maxx "C". Geargias, probably the same. I just like Maxx "C" more this format.

Makes sense, the format is slowing down, draws=speed so maxx C appeals to both decks as they both wish to outpace their opponents, cause they have the outs mained already, they just need to get to them.
