So I think Fairy should have super effective against Dragon, Fighting, Ghost
I think it should have weakness to Steel, Psychic, Dark.
This seems like a good balance for the meta.
I wouldn't throw bug into the Fairy mix.
As far as resistances? I say Fairy should resist Ghost, Fairy, Bug, Poison.

I think Fairy type being weak to Poison is a must. As it stands Poison is an almost useless type that only serves to annoy solo play or annoy vs play. It only beats grass and it would make sense to me that fairy's would be weak against poison. Fairies typically draw there power from nature so that which destroys nature would likely be the weakness for Fairy.

Yeah I read your post about Minotaur and Fairies and I thought I might have an aneurysm from stupidity so I ignored it. Look at the design of the Pokemon that are getting Fairy type. It's frilly and girly and magical. Bug's will likely beat them. Poison needs a Helping Hand (lol Pokemon move joke) so it needs to be super effective against Fairy. And IMO Poison should be super effective against a lot of types, not just Grass.

Fairy has pretty much been added to the chart of strengths and weaknesses at this point.Fairy is Super Effective on Fighting, Dark and Dragon and not effective on Fire, Poison or Steel. It also states that it is weak to Poison and Steel while resists Fighting, Dark and Bug. It is immune to Dragon.

So I was only right on Dark and Poison, damn. Oh well, I'm plesantly surprised to see it weak to Steel. I might have to start thinking of putting a steel type in my hypothetical 'must have' roster now.
Wow, Fighting is apart of 4 triangles now: Fighting/Rock/Flying, Fighting/Ice/Flying, Fighting/Dark/Psychic, and now Fighting/Steel/Fairy.
