Those of you following the Play through event know I am far into both games and have captured Xerneas and Yveltal. And while I'm happy with their move sets, stats and abilities thus far, I must say I'm disappointed. Knowing from spoilers that I was going to be facing them I prepared for the encounter with plenty of Ultra and Great Balls. First up was Xerneas (X) and as soon as I got it in the yellow I threw my first Great Ball and it was a capture. Next up Yveltal (Y) and again once in the yellow I threw a Great Ball and again that was all it took.
This left me going what the f**k!? Legendaries are never this easy to catch. And yet it took 4 Great Balls and 5 Ultra Balls to catch a f**king Ditto with only 1 HP left and paralyzed. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I still have my Master Ball to use on Mewtwo (unless I can capture him with a regular old Pokeball. But it seems like legendaries have lost their challenge while others have become illogically difficult. Let me know of your experiences with X/Y's legendaries.

It seems a lotta people are having super easy times catching Xerneas & Yveltal as well. Only a few (seemingly unlucky) people have had any trouble with catching these 2 legendaries.

Yeah, I think part of the reason I didn't like Gen 5 so much was how difficult it was to be overpowered lol. This game sounds like just plain old fun. If you want it to be challenging and strategic, save that for mulitplayer or battle frontier. Leave my single player experience fun and relaxing.

Caught Zygarde. Again it was captured with an Ultra Ball. Guess I'll be using my Master Ball on Moltres.
And according to Serebii there are three hidden legendaries! Apparently these are suppose to be event only, but some one managed to hack them, making this news widely considered questionable. The same guy also managed to hack two new Megas which are Mega Latios and Mega Latias.
As with Serebii I was reluctant to share this news. The fact that they were hacked taints any validity of these new Megas and legendaries at this point in time.

Those 3 event legendaries have been revealed via hacker.
Game Freak really has a thing for sh*tty 3rd grader designs if they had to push these 3 into the game... (before anyone gets mad, I am speaking specifically about these 3 PkMn only)
