You could probably use both. Here's another card for you: Return of the Monarch Normal Spell Card Pay 1000 life points. Special Summon any "Monarch" monster from your grave or that was removed from play. You can choose to use the effect of the Monarch again (like it was tribute summon) as long as you don't Normal summon or Special summon a monster this turn. |
