Someone thought I should use a Side deck like this:

03 Dimensional Fissure
03 D.D. Survivor
02 Light-Imprisoning Mirror
02 Mobius the Frost Monarch
02 Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch
02 Dust Tornado
01 Raiza the Storm Monarch

I don't know about this side deck.  I don't think it can stand up to my Oppression side deck:

03 Royal Oppression
03 Legendary Jujitsu Master
02 Mobius the Frost Monarch
02 Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch
02 Dust Tornado
01 My Body as a Shield
01 Raiza the Storm Monarch
01 Gorz the Emissary of Darkness

But let me know what you guys think.  Which side deck is better?

There's no point in Siding into Macro Monarchs.  Oppression will be much better.

In fact, you can actually Main Oppression in your build, and I would encourage you to do so.  You hardly Special Summon here anyway.
Just swap the GK's for 1 Kycoo, 1 DDWL, and 1 Breaker.  Take out 1 DDR and a PWWB for 2 Oppressions.

I really don't think that Skill Drain and Monarchs mix well together since the Monarchs need their effects to help you get the advantage.

Necro Gardna kinda hurt this deck more than help it so I took them out for a DDWL and a Breaker.  I thought about taking out a DDWL for another Dimensional Alchemist.

A lot of people are shocked about how good that card is.

It's just a tough decision between these 3 Traps:

  • Threatening Roar - Stops all attacks for one turn.
  • Compulsory Evacuation Device - Sends the card back to your opponents hand.  You don't have to discard to activate
  • PWWB - Sends the card to the top of the deck.  But you have to discard a card to activate it.

Which one would you guys use for your deck?

Threatening Roar is an amazing life saver. Great to chain to destruction.

Compulsory gets rid of Synchros or high level Monsters.

PWWB is good and it looks like you could afford the discard. Since you use Raiza. I'd say go with this.

What do you think I should take out.  I'm stuck between a Gorz and a Royal Oppression.  I want to keep PMD in the side deck.

I'm wondering would Spirit Reaper, Marshmallon, or Treeborn Frog help out this deck.

I made an update to the deck:

MONSTERS: 22
03 Caius the Shadow Monarch
02 Raiza the Storm Monarch
02 Chaos Sorcerer
01 Cyber Dragon

03 Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter
02 D.D. Warrior Lady
02 Dimensional Alchemist
02 Gravekeeper's Spy
02 Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer
01 Gravekeeper's Guard
01 Sangan
01 Breaker the Magical Warrior

SPELLS: 10
02 Book of Moon
02 Allure of Darkness
02 Soul Exchange
01 Brain Control
01 Heavy Storm
01 Mystical Space Typhoon
01 Pot of Avarice

TRAPS: 8
02 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast
02 Bottomless Trap Hole
01 Call of the Haunted
01 Mirror Force
01 Torrential Tribute
01 Trap Dustshoot

SIDE DECK: 15
03 Legendary Jujitsu Fighter
02 Mobius the Frost Monarch
02 Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch
01 Prime Material Dragon

01 My Body as a Shield

03 Royal Oppression
02 Dust Tornado
01 Return from the Different Dimension

Basically the changes were:

-01 D.D. Warrior Lady
-01 Book of Moon

+01 Dimensional Alchemist [awesome to be run in 2's]
+01 Pot of Avarice

I thought about ditching the Trap Dustshoot for another monster, maybe another Breaker.  But I'm wondering, is 23 monsters too much for a Chaos Monarch deck?

I playtested the deck against my roommate's Gladiator Beast deck and it faired pretty well.  The deck works better with the 2nd Dimensional Alchemist.  Trap Dustshoot ended up being a dead draw most games as I didn't draw it until late game most of the time.

I'm definitely going to put something in Trap Dustshoot's spot but I don't know what.

What should I put into the side deck to replace the 2 Royal Oppressions that are now in the main deck?

I'd keep the PWWB though.  Perhaps just 1 Breaker.

Deck looks fine now, but I'd still highly recommend you use Oppression.  You don't need to Special Summon, so I would try the Deck suited for Oppression.

I do special summon in the deck.  I can special summon Cyber Dragon, Chaos Sorcerer, Treeborn Frog, and Call of the Haunted.

The only important Special Summoned Monster here is Chaos Sorcerer.  You can do without the other cards.  Oppression will hurt the opponent much more than you.  No GB tags, BW/LS swarms, Synchro Summons, etc.
