Without a doubt, I'd run this.   Isn't affected by Skill Drain.  I could pack more defense to my Deck...

Same here. It is pretty good. Special Summon a Dark World Monster and this. It's like Synchro Summoning from the hand. It's broken.

8D I wish this card were real.

I'd immediately remove:
2 Psychic Commander
2 Dark World Dealings

for:
2 Golddenrod, Mender of Dark World
1 Dark Armed Dragon
1 Starlight Road

And possibly even go with more Dark World in my Deck.

And frees up space.   The card isn't broken though.  It would be restricted in some way if it were.  Now if it activates the 2nd effect of the Dark World monsters...

It seems broken to me. It pretty much lets you draw or Synchro in one turn. Even more when you have multiple copies. Being able to Synchro first turn pretty much most of the time is busted. I don't know. Play testing the cards I make sounds fun.

... Maybe it is a bit too good.   But it's basically what we need.  It's so fitting.

Oh yeah, the text for this card makes the discard seem like a cost.  Connecting the sentence with "and" always changes it to mean an effect for cards.  Hard to tell, but I've noticed that.

Not all the time.  >_>; I was hoping "Faustian Bargain" sends a Special Summoned monster on the field to the Graveyard as a cost to Special Summon a 4* or lower monster.

I highly doubt we would ever get a Tuner. I haven't seen any older archetype get a Tuner yet.
