Well then, what is the idea of this deck? Simply put, I found that Sangan and Emissary of the Afterlife are the best ways to get out all the parts of Exodia. They outweight any kind of draw power unless its a simple draw loop. So then, what is the point of this deck? It's to draw out either or both of the aforementioned cards with mentors and use them to tutor the parts of Exodia to my hand as fast as possible. Hence the name "Exodia Academy". I think I will be calling Sangan "Doc. Sangan" from now on. As Sangan is limited and drawing the Emissaries would really be a pain, I've included a great deal of Graveyard recursion in this deck. The kind of: I suicide my Sangan, I revive it, I suicide it (or you kill it for some reason), I revive it... And every each time I look for a piece of Exodia. Synchro summoning is just a nice bonus that helps me get the monsters to my Graveyard in case I cannot suicide them or my opponent will not destroy them. It also gives me some options. Currently there is nothing to return any lost pieces of Exodia to my hand, but I'm sure to put them in the side deck. I'm just not sure whether or not I should do that or just use the Side to make this Deck into something completely else...
Any thoughts on the subject?

I'd say Magical Mallets would be a good choice here. Definitely over Time Machine. Upstart Goblin is good 'cause it helps get you your draw cards. Swords could be a nice stall while you wait for Exodia.

Meh. I would make this deck focused on sending the Exodia pieces to the Graveyard then reviving them later. Use cards like Dark Eruption, Foolish Burial, and Backup Soldier. Dark Eruption lets you continuously abuse Sangan and get back Exodia pieces.

Oh my *** - how could I have forgotten about Dark Eruption? Well, I'm not going to add it in just yet. First I'll build this version (having the funds sent to my PayPal account already) - then I'll try and trade for some.
But oin the thought of sending the pieces to the Grave... Why would I waste 2 cards, one to send them there ad another to get them back, when at the moment I'm going to spend one card to recycle another to get them directly into my hand? I know that the strategy you brought up isn't as vulnerable but it's not like the majority of my opponents are going to be milling of discarding my pieces (in game one).

I don't know. Just an idea. I guess you could just abuse Sangan. 2 Gold Sarcophagus may be a staple.

Sarcos have been in from the beginning. No point in pointing that out.
