New format, new decks, new galleries. Yes, I know it's a Wednesday and I'm no longer writing backwards, but no one will be able to read this if I did. Just like the last round the notes are at the bottom and names at the top. Unlike last time only 2 decks will be posted per gallery...Might make it easier for suggestions.
Today's gallery has an old favorite of mine plus something new I'm working on:
NEC Article 250.4 (A) (5)
Monsters 20
Batteryman C Batteryman C Honest Honest Batteryman AA Batteryman AA Batteryman AA The Calculator The Calculator The Calculator Batteryman D Batteryman D Batteryman D Batteryman Micro-Cell Batteryman Micro-Cell Batteryman Micro-Cell Batteryman Charger Batteryman Industrial Strength Cyber Dragon Cyber Dragon
Spells 17
Mystical Space Typhoon Giant Trunade Heavy Storm Card Destruction Wattcube Hand Destruction Hand Destruction Inferno Reckless Summon Inferno Reckless Summon Recycling Batteries Recycling Batteries Battery Charger Battery Charger Battery Charger Short Circuit Short Circuit Short Circuit
Traps 5
Call of the Haunted Portable Battery Pack Portable Battery Pack Trap Stun Trap Stun
Total 42
Notes: I've been getting alot of comments on the name. At one point I changed it, but I keep coming back to this one. It's a reference to the National Electrical Code. Article 250.4 (A) (5) is as follows:
Electrical equipment and wiring and other electrically conductive material likely to become energized shall be installed in a manner that creates a low-impedance circuit facilitating the operation of the overcurrent device or ground detector for high-impedance grounded systems. It shall be capable of safely carrying the maximum ground-fault current likely to be imposed on it from any point on the wiring system where a ground fault may occur to the electrical supply source. The earth shall not be considered as an effective ground-fault current path.
As for the deck itself...Reworked the Spells and Traps a bit. I want to drop one card...Just not sure what I should remove.
Machina Militia
Monsters 18
Oilman Oilman Oilman Shreddder Shreddder Shreddder Machina Soldier Machina Soldier Machina Soldier Machina Gearframe Machina Gearframe Machina Gearframe Machina Sniper Machina Sniper Machina Sniper Machina Fortress Machina Fortress Machina Fortress

Traps 8

Notes: Not much to say. I like the Machinas, thought I would try them out. Major changes since the first version. No longer uses Force.

****. I don't know anything about Machinas. That's too new. Why don't people run Shining Angel in Batteryman decks?

'Cause Micro-Cell is better. Not only do you get a replacement Batteryman in either battle position from your deck, you get a free draw. That's +1...or it would be if it weren't for the s***ty stats. Now Shining Angel does not give you a free draw nor the option to Special Summon in defense position. In other words to make Shining Angel usefull you have to have an Inferno Reckless Summon ready to go. In that case if IRS gets negated you're up s**t creek without a paddle in the middle of a summer heatwave.
