March/April 2010: "Double Deck"
This format goes into effect MARCH 1, and will run until APRIL 30, 2010.
* Your Main Deck must contain exactly 100 cards.
* Your Extra Deck can contain up to 30 cards.
* You draw twice during your Draw Phase. (Draw 1 card, then draw 1 card again after that.)
* This Pegasus League uses the Advanced Format rules. You may only have three copies of an Unlimited card, two copies of a Semi-Limited card, and one copy of a Limited card in your Deck.
* Your side deck may only have up to 15 cards.

This could be way fun though. Draw 2 cards every turn. I'd run so many recruiters. Maybe Gladiator Beasts. Or a fat Lightsworn deck.
